Will Sharp

Will Sharp has extensive experience in professional baseball, currently serving as Special Assistant to the General Manager and Special Advisor to Baseball Operations for the Houston Astros since December 2012. Sharp has held various positions within the organization, including Manager of Major League Strategy, Analyst for Pro Scouting, Scouting Operations Supervisor, and Pro Scout. Prior experience includes roles at the Los Angeles Dodgers from January 2007 to November 2012, where Sharp worked as Assistant in Pro Scouting and Baseball Operations, as well as an intern in Baseball Operations. Will Sharp holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Religion from the University of Southern California, earned between 2006 and 2009.
