Rob S. has over 20 years of experience in the space industry, beginning with a foundation in systems engineering and advancing through procurement, supply chain, operations, and business development. They have worked with blue chip global corporations, SMEs, and early-stage start-ups, delivering sustainable results in satellite, launch, and ground systems. Rob's career includes significant roles at companies such as Airbus, OneWeb, and CesiumAstro, where they managed major change projects and improved team performance. Currently, Rob serves as the Director of LEX Services at Astroscale U.S., overseeing the full value chain of Life Extension Services. Rob holds a BEng (Hons) from the University of Plymouth.
