Andrew Faiola

Andrew Faiola currently serves as the Commercial Vice President at Astroscale since January 2023 and has been a Board Member of the Mobile Satellite Users Association since February 2021. With a wealth of experience in the satellite communications industry, Faiola has held key leadership roles including Director at Instrucom Ltd. since October 2018, and various positions at ALL.SPACE and ST Engineering iDirect from 2018 to 2023. Faiola has contributed to industry organizations such as the Global Satellite Operators Association, where there was involvement as Co-Chair of the Networks & Services Working Group from December 2016 to February 2022. Prior to these roles, Faiola spent over 15 years at Intelsat in multiple director-level positions focusing on mobility solutions and sales across Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and Asia-Pacific. Early career experience includes a Director role in European Sales at New Skies Satellites and marketing leadership at ESATEL Communications. Faiola earned a BA in Economics and Spanish from Washington University in St. Louis and a MA in International Affairs from The George Washington University.
