Billy Chan

Billy Chan is a seasoned structural engineer with experience in the aerospace industry, currently serving as the Mechanical Analysis Team Lead at Astroscale since 2021. In this role, they facilitate structural assessments and provide strategic recommendations to design teams. Prior to this, Billy worked at EnerSys as a Technical Manager, demonstrating exceptional project management capabilities, and held positions at the UK Atomic Energy Authority and Atkins, where they excelled in engineering analysis and structural methods. Billy earned a Master's degree in Aerospace Vehicle Design from Cranfield University and a First-class honours in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Manchester.
