Diego Saikin is a multidisciplinary engineer with extensive experience across the full R&D lifecycle. They have worked as a hardware engineer at Vaica, an electronic designer and project manager at IAF, and held various roles at SpaceIL, including volunteer positions as a control engineer and simulation engineer. Currently, they serve as a Senior Guidance, Navigation & Control Engineer at Astroscale, focusing on GNC algorithms for spacecraft missions. Diego holds a Master's degree in Cybernetics and Robotics from Czech Technical University in Prague and has participated in the Space Studies Program at the International Space University.
