Steven Ng is an AIV Electrical Ground Support Equipment Engineer at Astroscale since January 2024, with prior experience as a Senior Systems Engineer and Systems Engineer at Expleo Group from January 2022 to January 2024. While at Expleo Group, Steven served as the Power Electrical and Propulsion Lead and Electrical AIT Engineer for the MicroCarb Satellite mission, collaborating with Thales Alenia Space. At Thales Alenia Space, from April 2022 to December 2023, Steven led power, electrical, and propulsion activities for satellites and was the Software Technical Lead for functional test automation. Earlier roles include Project Engineer at Synoptix, where Steven managed an AI object detection project, and Mechanical Design and AIT Engineer at Open Cosmos, where responsibilities included designing and testing solar panels for a CubeSat mission. Steven holds a Master of Engineering in Integrated Mechanical and Electrical Engineering from the University of Bath.
