Tal Shine

Tal Shine is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in engineering and management roles. Currently serving as the Clean Room Manager at Astroscale since December 2022, Tal is responsible for overseeing production activities and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, while also leading integration processes for satellite mechanisms. Prior to this position, Tal worked at Bright Machines from December 2018 to November 2022, initially as an R&D Integration Engineer and later as Integration Team Leader, managing teams to successfully integrate and assemble multi-disciplinary production lines, and focusing on task prioritization and procedural implementation. Tal's career began in the Israeli Air Force from June 2011 to November 2018 as a Mechanical Design Engineer, where responsibilities included mechanical design adhering to military and aviation standards and transitioning projects from development to production. Tal holds a degree as a Mechanical Practical Engineer in Aerospace Systems from the Israel Air Force Technological College.
