David Priseman

David Priseman has thirty-five years of experience in the finance and advisory sectors, having worked for specialist consultancies, major banks in London, Paris, and Geneva, and private equity firms. Currently, David serves as a Non-Executive Director at Astuta and provides mentorship with the Royal Academy of Engineering and the SHAKE Climate Change Accelerator Programme. David has also held various roles, including CFO at Nyras Capital LLP and Non-Executive Director at Birmingham Airport and Quantum Care. Educationally, David holds a BA (Hons) in Business Studies from The University of Sheffield and an MBA from Cranfield School of Management.
