Howard Sears

Howard Sears is an accomplished entrepreneur and executive with extensive experience in founding and leading innovative companies. As the Founder and Managing Partner of Oxwood since February 2015, Howard has also served as Exec Chairman of Plianz since October 2020. Additionally, Howard founded Astuta in April 2011 and has held the role of Chairman there. As an investor, Howard has been involved with Dashly since June 2018 and was an investor and Non-Executive Director at cube19 from October 2018 to November 2021. Prior to these roles, Howard founded and served as CEO of Cobent from February 2003 to March 2011, establishing a strong foundation in business leadership and investment across various sectors.
