Tim Goodman

Tim Goodman is an accomplished corporate finance professional with extensive experience across various sectors. Currently serving as the Director at Astuta since September 2014, Tim leads initiatives in disruptive technologies and corporate advisory services for growth companies. Previously, Tim held significant roles including Senior Vice President of Corporate Finance at Ambrian Partners, where responsibilities included developing a technology sector equities franchise, and Corporate Solicitor at Slaughter and May and Wragge & Co LLP, advising on corporate transactions. Tim also served as Managing Partner at Strategic Counsel Partners LLP, focusing on high growth companies in the technology, media, and telecommunications sectors. In addition, Tim practices as a Solicitor with The Legal Director, providing flexible legal advice to businesses. Tim holds an LLB in Law from the University of Reading and completed the Law Society Finals at the College of Law, Chester.
