Heather Lima

Heather Lima has a diverse work experience that spans over several industries. Heather is currently working as a Content Producer at ASUG - Americas' SAP Users' Group since May 2022.

Prior to that, Heather worked as a Production Specialist for Virtual Events at LabRoots from September 2020 to April 2022.

Heather also has experience in the wine industry, having worked as a Writer and Social Media Content and Marketing Manager for The Wine Muse from January 2016 to January 2021. In this role, Heather managed a blog about food, wine, and recipes, as well as the Instagram profile @the_wine_muse. Heather also produced and hosted a series of short videos about wine and astrology.

Before their wine industry experience, Heather worked at URBAN PRESS WINERY as a Social Media Marketing, Email Campaigns, Events, and Winetender from April 2019 to October 2019. Heather also served as the Wine Club Manager at Rosenthal - The Malibu Estate from April 2013 to September 2017.

Heather's earlier career includes roles such as Events Group Director at Wally's Wine & Spirits from September 2012 to March 2013, Special Events and Winery Relations Manager at LearnAboutWine.com / Wine LA from September 2011 to September 2012, and Meeting Planner at DaVita from September 2007 to June 2011. In their role at DaVita, they were responsible for planning and executing meetings and events for a Fortune 500 company, managing all aspects from venue selection and budgeting to communication with attendees and coordination of logistics.

Heather's career also includes owning their own business as a Wedding & Event Planner at Martinis & Bliss Events from 2004 to 2007, as well as working as a Real Estate Appraiser at Ryon Associates Real Estate Appraisers and Consultants from 1996 to 2007.

Heather Lima began their education in 1987 at Mira Costa. Heather attended this school until 1991, although no degree or field of study is specified. From 1991 to 1994, Heather studied at UC Irvine, earning a BA in Dramatic Arts. In 2005, they obtained a Certificate in Meeting and Event Planning from the Association of Bridal Consultants. In 2006 to 2007, they furthered their education at the International Sommelier Guild, acquiring a Certificate in Wine Steward/Sommelier.
