Thomas Justin currently serves as the NJ Chapter Chair for ASUG - Americas' SAP Users' Group, leading regional SAP user group initiatives and workshops since June 2010. With extensive experience in SAP solution delivery, Thomas has held senior managerial roles at IBM Global Services, overseeing enterprise-wide SAP S/4HANA and digital transformation projects for Fortune 500 clients in the life sciences, aerospace, and manufacturing sectors. Previous roles include Managing Consultant and PP SME positions, as well as a significant tenure at Italcementi Group as SAP Functional Lead with a global focus. Thomas additionally held various leadership positions within IITMAANA and started his career in IT management and programming, backed by an M.S. in Engineering Mechanics from The University of Texas at Arlington and a B. Tech in Aeronautical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras.
