Jason Taylor has over two decades of experience in technical support and quality assurance roles within the software and IT industries. Currently serving as a Quality Assurance Engineer and Client Services Engineer Team Lead at Asure Software since January 2003, Jason excels in problem-solving, customer service, and team resource management. Previous roles include supporting Windows XP deployment at Cue Data Services, minimizing system downtime at American Power Conversion, and leading technical development for Microsoft Exchange Server at Stream International. Jason holds an Associate's Degree in Applied Computer Science from Johnson & Wales University, obtained between 1993 and 1995.
