Krista Ayers has extensive experience in human resources and legal roles, currently serving as an HR Business Partner in Compliance at Asure Software since September 2021. Prior to this, Krista was a Human Resources Generalist at Revel Consulting from May 2021 to September 2021. Krista's legal background includes positions as Corporate Counsel at GE Commercial Finance from 2003 to 2008, Senior Associate at Foster Pepper & Shefelman (now Foster Garvey PC) from 1999 to 2003, and Associate at King & Spalding from 1996 to 1999. Krista holds an Associate of Arts in HR Management from Lake Washington Institute of Technology, a Master of Laws in Intellectual Property Law from the University of Washington, a Juris Doctor with distinction from Emory University School of Law, and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government from Duke University.
