Michael Lattanzi is a proven leader in UX research and design, strategic planning, and team management, with extensive experience across various industries. They have held significant roles at organizations such as Baylor Scott & White Health, where they directed customer experience initiatives, and Nokia, where they managed global practice methodologies and UX strategies. Prior to their current position at Asure Software as a UI/UX Design Director, they served as Executive Director of UX Research & Design at JPMorgan Chase & Co. Michael is currently pursuing an Associate of Science degree in Computer Science from the American Trades Institute.
