Nancy Howard

Nancy Howard is a seasoned System Engineer at Asure Software since May 2017, specializing in the support, monitoring, configuration, testing, and troubleshooting of Windows servers within virtual environments, particularly in conjunction with Firebird databases on Linux servers. Prior to this role, Nancy served as a Technical Support Analyst at iSystems, LLC, from December 2013 to May 2017, where responsibilities included acting as the initial technical point of contact for customers, administering iSystems environments, and analyzing connectivity and performance issues. With extensive experience dating back to positions held at Green Mountain Power Corporation from December 1996 to June 2013, Nancy's roles ranged from User Support Specialist, providing software and hardware support, to PC/Network/Telecom Specialist, maintaining and repairing network and telecommunications infrastructure. Nancy holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a minor in Computer Science from Trinity College and an Associate's degree in Accounting from Champlain College.
