Lachlan Needham

Lachlan Needham is currently the Outcomes Team Leader for IEA and TTW at Asuria Australia, where they focus on making a difference through an empathetic approach to employment services. With a background spanning over two decades in hospitality and finance, Lachlan has held various roles including Assistant Venue Manager and Employer Facing Consultant. They have also contributed to significant events like the Grand Prix and Melbourne Spring Racing Carnival during their time in the finance department at Peter Rowland. Lachlan holds a Diploma of Hospitality from Holmesglen Institute, further enhancing their strong administrative and financial skill set.
