Amara Markovic

Amara Markovic is an experienced communications professional currently serving as Communications Manager in both the Supply Chain and uBreakiFix divisions at Asurion since October 2018. Responsibilities include developing communication plans and content for over 600 retail stores and 300 corporate employees, as well as supporting HR, Legal, and Finance executive teams with targeted internal communication strategies for a workforce exceeding 550 employees. Prior experience includes a Communications Manager role at uBreakiFix and a Marketing Specialist position at DS Smith’s Plastics Division, where communication strategies were developed for the U.S. market. Amara began a career in marketing as an intern, supporting the Global Marketing Director with various communication efforts. Amara holds a Bachelor's Degree in Public Relations from Columbia College Chicago.
