Angela Patton has extensive experience in training and instructional design, currently serving as an Instructional Designer II at Asurion since October 2012. Angela focuses on creating engaging training materials that enhance learner retention and effectiveness. Previous roles at Asurion include Training and Development Specialist, where Angela facilitated new hire classes and advanced training courses, and Technical Lead, providing support to technicians and developing curriculum. Angela began a career in sales at companies such as Metro PCS and RadioShack, and also has international experience teaching Conversational English to high school students. Angela holds an Associate degree in General Education with a focus on Education from Florida SouthWestern State College.
