Ashley Ferris is an HR and business leader with over 15 years of experience, currently serving as the Director of Human Resources for Australia and New Zealand at Asurion since 2020. Previously, Ashley held various HR roles at Asurion and worked as the Capabilities Manager at Ansvar Insurance Australia. Ashley began their career as a Human Resources Assistant at The Children’s Food Trust. Currently, Ashley is pursuing a BA (Hons) in Business Studies with a focus on Human Resource Management at Sheffield Hallam University and a Mini MBA from the Australian Institute of Management.
