Daniel Jones

Daniel Jones is an experienced Principal Technical Platform Manager at Asurion, having been with the company since September 2012. With a background in supporting Enterprise APIs, Machine Learning Platforms, and Customer Data Platforms, Daniel has held various managerial roles focusing on data services and analytics. Responsibilities have included managing ETL support teams, developing cloud-based data products, and coordinating reporting for technical teams. Additionally, Daniel has a strong foundation in analytics, having provided critical support for improving customer experience and cost-reduction initiatives. Educational qualifications include a Master’s Degree in Management Information Systems from Auburn University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Sciences from Middle Tennessee State University. Daniel also served as a Graduate Teaching Assistant during his time at Auburn University.
