Douglas Hill

Douglas Hill, MPS, is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in both military and civilian sectors. Currently serving as Manager of Process Innovation at Asurion since September 2022, Douglas focuses on enhancing operational efficiencies and revenue growth through policy development and talent management, employing Lean Six Sigma methodologies and data analysis tools. Prior to this role, Douglas dedicated over 20 years to the US Army, culminating as Executive Officer of the largest aviation battalion, where responsibilities included overseeing the well-being and operations of more than 730 service members. Additional roles within the Army included Commander of Company C, 6-101 GSAB, Senate Legislative Liaison, and Senior Instructor at the Army Medical Department Center and School. Douglas holds a Master's degree in Legislative Affairs from The George Washington University and a Bachelor's of Science in Criminology from Indiana State University.
