Eddy Viola

Eddy Viola currently serves as the Director of New Partner Growth at Asurion, a role focused on developing tailored partnerships and subscription products for global brands. Prior to this, Eddy worked as a Certified GenAI Solutions Advisor at Simplr, an innovation center dedicated to modernizing legacy call center operations. Previous experiences include roles in partnerships and digital customer experience at Rakuten Americas, and as a Senior Client Partner in Business Solutions at Meta. Eddy also held the position of Vice President of Business Development at Ipsos. Eddy holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona.
