Edward Feeley has extensive experience in call center management, currently serving as the Contact Center Operations Director at Asurion since August 2007. In this role, Edward oversees all aspects of management for both internal and outsourced call center sites, focusing on core business protection and customer satisfaction while facilitating the introduction of new business lines. Previously, Edward held the position of Senior Manager - Customer Care Operations at Asurion, where a significant initiative was led to enhance operational cost-effectiveness. Prior to Asurion, Edward worked at Sprint from 1997 to 2005 as a Senior Manager responsible for key operational areas including Invoice Print & Mail and Customer Care. Edward earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from the University of Arkansas between 1990 and 1994.
