Eric W. B.

Eric W. B. is an experienced Human Resources professional with a strong background in policy development, compliance management, and team leadership. Currently serving as the Workplace Integrity, HR Policy and Compliance Manager at Asurion since November 2022, Eric focuses on creating HR policies and compliance strategies. Prior to this role, Eric held the Senior Manager position at Bettera Brands and Pretzilla, overseeing HR for multiple organizations and managing a workforce of over 1,000 employees. Additionally, Eric has served in various HR roles, including Human Resources Business Partner at LifeSafer Ignition Interlock and Business/Recruiting Manager at Select Staffing. Eric’s educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Statistics from the University of Wisconsin–Oshkosh and a Bachelor’s degree from Mount St. Joseph University.
