Heather Young is a global talent acquisition leader and human resources operations expert with over 20 years of experience. They began their career as District Director at Spherion Corporation from 2000 to 2007, and later held various roles at Asurion, including Sr. Program Manager of Talent Acquisition from 2007 to 2010 and currently serving as Sr. Director of Talent Acquisition since 2015. Heather earned a Bachelor’s Degree from Illinois State University between 1992 and 1996.
