Jayvee has extensive experience in IT support and technology management, beginning as an IT Intern at TeleTech Philippines in 2017, where responsibilities included creating an Online Inventory System and managing IT assets. Subsequent roles included Desktop Support Associate Technician, focusing on onsite IT support, asset management, and troubleshooting at a BPO environment. As a Desktop Support Analyst at Asurion, Jayvee played a pivotal role in launching a new site and managing various IT services, including imaging and deployment of systems, as well as collaboration with inventory management teams. Additionally, Jayvee served as an IAM Analyst and IT Field Engineer at 5L Solutions, providing support and maintenance for POS systems throughout Western Visayas. Jayvee holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Technology from West Visayas State University.
