Jeff Connell

SVP, Client Services at Asurion

Jeff joined Asurion in 2010 with more than 8 years of experience as a business strategy consultant. He leads Asurion’s U.S. Client Services organization and is responsible for setting strategy as well as deepening and expanding our partner relationships.

During his 12-year tenure at Asurion, Jeff has held a variety of roles in sales, marketing, and customer experience—all focused on growth. Most recently, he served as vice president and general manager of Asurion’s partnership with AT&T, where he oversaw sales, new product introductions, and operations and customer experience for the AT&T portfolio of protection products.

Before joining Asurion, Jeff spent 8 years with Bain & Company, where he led teams to identify value creation and growth opportunities with companies spanning a variety of industries.

Jeff holds a BBA in accountancy from the University of Notre Dame and an MBA from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
