Jeffrey Hunt

Jeffrey Hunt has an extensive background in IT and software engineering, currently serving as the ServiceNow Platform Lead and Principal Software Engineer at Asurion since September 2012. With a progression of roles from ServiceNow Developer to Senior ServiceNow Developer, Jeffrey specializes in the administration, troubleshooting, and development of the ServiceNow platform, including personalizing applications and automating business processes. Previous experience includes IT Operations Engineer and Operations Supervisor roles, where critical incident management and training were key responsibilities. Earlier positions at DaVita and Hurricane Inn involved IT support and systems configuration. Jeffrey holds a B.B.A. in Computer Information Systems from Middle Tennessee State University.
