John Michael Rodriguez

John Michael Rodriguez is a seasoned people leader and SQA analyst with a robust background in Microsoft Dynamics CRM 365 and AX 2009 testing. They served as a Test Analyst at Smart Communications, Inc. from 2011 to 2016, where they developed and executed test cases in alignment with business requirements. Currently, they hold positions as SQA Manager and SQA Analyst 3 at Asurion, leading automation initiatives and overseeing system testing for significant projects, including a successful migration of Acyan Japan's ERP from AX 2009 to Dynamics 365. John holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from Cavite State University and has also studied Electronics Engineering Technology at the Technological University of the Philippines - Cavite.
