Mark M. is a seasoned operations and supply chain leader with over two decades of experience in industries such as manufacturing, telecommunications, and reverse logistics. They have transformed complex supply chains and led large international teams across regions including Hong Kong, China, New Zealand, and South Africa. Currently, Mark serves as the Senior Director and Head of Supply Chain Management for APAC at Asurion and is also a Supply Chain Management Consultant at World Trader Limited. Mark holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of the Witwatersrand and has completed various management programs to enhance their expertise in the field.
