Matt Crews is an experienced Operations Manager at Asurion, having held various leadership positions since 2005, including successfully turning around an underperforming technical support program for Amazon and overseeing a high-volume call center for Wal-Mart and Sam’s Club. Key accomplishments include managing a major relocation project for call center operations and improving performance and efficiency in numerous roles, from Operations Supervisor to Performance Development Trainer. Prior to Asurion, Matt served as a System Administrator at First Banking Services of the South, where responsibilities included IT support, managing client relationships, and developing infrastructure during a period of aggressive growth. Matt holds a Bachelor of Science in Security Management from Southwestern College.
