Melissa Kern

Melissa Kern is an experienced Accounting Director and CPA with over 20 years of success in the field. Currently serving as the Director of Accounting at Asurion since 2017, they have also held various managerial roles within the company, including Manager of Financial Reporting and Senior Manager of Claims Accounting. Prior to joining Asurion, Melissa worked as a Senior Consultant at Deloitte & Touche, and owned a stone and grout restoration franchise, Marblelife. They began their career as an Auditor for the US Department of Defense and obtained a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Louisiana State University in 2002.
