Michael Chaykin

Michael Chaykin serves as the Senior Director of Corporate Development at Asurion since September 2017, overseeing strategy, M&A, investments, and partnerships. Previously, Michael was a Director and Senior Manager in Corporate Development, where responsibilities included founding and leading strategic finance and M&A initiatives for a subscription protection product. Michael's career also includes experience as a Manager in Corporate Development, focusing on M&A and corporate strategy, and as an Analyst to Associate at J.P. Morgan in tech M&A and technology industry coverage. Prior experience includes working at KPMG US in Deal Advisory, specializing in financial due diligence for Technology and Private Equity clients. Michael holds a BSBA in accounting, summa cum laude, from Georgetown University.
