Michael Dimler

Michael Dimler is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in customer solutions, operations support, product development, and supply chain management. Currently serving as Senior Vice President at Asurion, Michael leads a team of over 600 in operational support for customer contact channels, as well as a larger team in global supply chain operations. Previous roles include Senior Vice President of Product Development and Vice President of Customer Care Transformation at Asurion, where strategic initiatives significantly enhanced customer engagement and streamlined operations. Earlier career highlights include leadership positions at CSC, Synchronoss Technologies, and AT&T, where Michael drove significant improvements and managed multi-million dollar budgets. Michael holds a BS in Computer Science from Rutgers University and an MBA from Fairleigh Dickinson University.
