Mike Lipman

Mike Lipman is the Director of E-Commerce Strategy at Asurion, where they currently lead initiatives to optimize digital commerce. Previously, they served as Senior Manager of E-Commerce Customer Experience at U.S. Cellular from 2016 to 2021, where they built the company’s inaugural mobile app and transformed the e-commerce channel. Earlier in their career at U.S. Cellular, they held various roles, including Application Developer and Manager of Web Content, successfully implementing technical solutions that resulted in significant revenue growth and cost savings. Mike holds a B.S. in Computer Science from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and an MBA in Marketing and Finance from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management.
