Rohit Sam is a seasoned software engineering leader with extensive experience at Asurion since September 2018, where responsibilities have included directing software engineering efforts, developing enterprise-level Generative AI engines, and managing state-of-the-art customer assistant platforms. Previous roles at Asurion encompassed designing critical system components for dynamic claims and feature flag systems. Prior to Asurion, Rohit worked at APCON from November 2014 to August 2018, developing traffic generation tools and custom applications for requirement traceability as both a software engineer and intern.
