Sheri Moore

Sheri Moore has extensive experience in operations engineering, with a career spanning over two decades. At Asurion from January 2008 to December 2022, Sheri served as an Operation Engineer Level 3, managing a 25,000 mailbox messaging environment, which included Microsoft Exchange and LYNC deployments. Responsibilities included serving as an L3 escalation for messaging issues, overseeing multiple Exchange environments, and deploying the Symantec Enterprise Vault email archiving infrastructure. Prior to Asurion, Sheri worked at Deloitte from 1996 to 2008 as a Senior Manager in Operations Engineering, focusing on systems management. Major projects include the deployment of Exchange 2013, initial LYNC 2010 rollout, Symantec Enterprise Vault implementation, and Active Directory upgrades.
