Thomas Mazzer has extensive experience in management, having held various leadership positions across multiple industries. Currently serving as Director of 3rd Party Services at SMART MOBILE TECHS LLC since November 2022, Thomas manages repair technicians across several states and focuses on the development of new territories. In the role of Regional Service Manager at Asurion since December 2020, Thomas oversees a network that supports wireless remote contractors in 18 states and facilitates approximately 3,900 repairs per month. Previous roles include General Manager and District Manager positions at companies such as Star Power, Aaron's Sales and Lease Ownership, TMX Finance, Dick's Sporting Goods, Best Buy, Ultimate Electronics, and Soundtrack/Ultimate Electronics. Thomas began his education at Pikes Peak State College in 1978.
