Todd Chretien

Todd oversees the customer-facing operations at Asurion, responsible for delivering a consistent and world-class customer experience across all touchpoints. Leading a team of more than 16,000 across Asurion Operations, Stores, and its customer portfolio of products and services, Todd is committed to redefining the way customers are cared for.

In his most recent role of Senior Vice President of Customer Solutions, Todd was instrumental in the growth and leadership of our device protection portfolio and Soluto product. Joining Asurion in 2005, Todd has consistently led large customer-facing teams across touchpoints and call centers serving a global client and customer base. He was responsible for the operations and customer management framework that is central to Asurion’s value proposition.

Todd has a degree in environmental science from the State University of New York-Morrisville.
