Travis Agnew is a customer-centric executive with nearly twenty years of experience in designing programs and enhancing customer experiences across D2C and B2B2C environments. Currently serving as the uBreakiFix Director of Supply Chain, Travis has held various leadership roles at Asurion, where they significantly improved customer satisfaction and operational efficiencies. Previously, as Manager of Training at Geek Squad, Travis led a team to enhance training for over 20,000 employees and innovated training programs across multiple international markets. Travis holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Leadership from Lipscomb University.
