Carl Pry has extensive experience in compliance and risk management within the financial services sector. Currently a Senior Advisor at Asurity since January 2024, Carl previously held multiple senior roles at Treliant from March 2021 to January 2024, including Senior Advisor, Managing Director, and Senior Director. Prior experience includes a managerial position in Finance & Performance at Accenture and significant roles at KeyBank, where responsibilities encompassed leadership of the Fair Lending Team as Vice President & Compliance Manager and oversight of the Compliance and Control Group as Senior Vice President. Carl Pry holds a JD & MBA in Corporate Law from The University of Toledo College of Law, as well as an MBA in Banking, Corporate, Finance, and Securities Law from The University of Toledo and a BSBA in Finance from Bowling Green State University.
