Elliot Lee serves as the Country Service Manager at ASUS since July 2020, responsible for managing operations to exceed customer service expectations and reporting directly to the Regional Director. Prior experience includes serving as Global Service Manager, where data analytics were applied to enhance service operations and customer satisfaction. Elliot has also held leadership roles in various organizations at National Taiwan University, including Deputy Officer of External Affairs for the Student Association and Chief Ambassador for the Student Ambassador Program. Additional leadership experience includes serving as Executive Secretary for the NTU Overseas Chinese Student Association and working as a Bilingual Guide at the Smart City Summit & Expo. Elliot began volunteering at the Tzu Chi Foundation in 2011, emphasizing the importance of giving back to the community. Academic credentials include a Bachelor’s Degree in Law from National Taiwan University, completed in 2019, and earlier education at Thai-Chinese International School.
