Fran Morales

Call Center Manager

Fran Morales is a seasoned professional in call center management with extensive experience leading operations in Spain and Portugal. Currently serving as Call Center Manager at ASUS since September 2023, Fran has successfully positioned both countries among the top three in EMEA for quality and performance. Prior to this role, Fran was Head of Forecasting, Planning and WFM at Fonomed for six months and held various positions at ASUS from 2018 to 2022, including Call Center Manager and Contact Center Controller. Fran's career also includes significant tenure at Arvato, where roles spanned Operations Manager to Workforce Analyst, and experience as a Specialist Teleoperator at Qualytel. Fran holds a Master's degree in Contact Center Management from ICEMD-ESIC and a degree in Music Education from Universidad de Jaén.
