Jonnie Wu

Jonnie Wu is an accomplished technology executive with extensive experience in software and firmware development. Currently serving as the Software and Firmware R&D Director at ASUS since July 2021, Jonnie previously held significant positions at Cal-Comp Electronics and Communications, Ltd. as a Software Leader, and Pegatron as a Software & IT Project Manager. Notable achievements include building engineering teams for BIOS and EC development, overseeing software issue resolution for Dell products, and implementing ERP and POS systems for restaurants as Co-founder & IT Manager at Beerbelly Restaurant and Tavern. Additionally, Jonnie has held roles at Intel Corporation and Insyde Software, managing BIOS for multiple Intel platforms and facilitating technical developments. Jonnie holds a Bachelor's degree in Management Science from National Chiao Tung University, an MBA in Information Management from National Sun Yat-Sen University, and participated in a student exchange program at Jönköping University.
