Lisa Lee serves as the Chief Legal Manager for the EMEA Region at ASUS since May 2015, overseeing a diverse legal team and addressing a wide array of legal matters including contract review and corporate governance. Previously, Lisa held the position of Chief Legal Counsel Europe, managing additional departments such as HR and IT while providing legal guidance to the EMEA General Manager. Prior to ASUS, Lisa amassed legal experience at HIL International Lawyers & Advisers, Van Mens & Wisselink, and YORK International Lawyers, specializing in corporate and commercial law. Educational qualifications include an LLM in International Business Law from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam and a Master's degree in Legal Theory from National Taiwan University.
