Tony Han has extensive experience in service management, currently serving as the Director of Service for North America at ASUS since August 2017, overseeing all service operations across the region. Prior to this role, from July 2014 to August 2017, Tony held the position of Senior Manager for Customer Service and Vendor Management in the North America region, where responsibilities included managing nine service teams, setting KPI goals, budgeting, and enhancing customer experience solutions. Tony's career began at Longs Drugs, where customer service experience was gained from April 1995 to April 2000. Tony holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Management Information Systems from San José State University.
