Vincent Chen

Vincent Chen has over 15 years of experience in various human resources roles across multiple industries. They served as the Senior HR Manager at Acer from 2015 to 2020 and held a managerial position at 味全食品工業股份有限公司 from 2012 to 2015. Prior to that, Vincent worked as an Assistant Manager in human resources at both 雅芳 and 賽諾菲, and was a Consultant at Towers Watson. Currently, they are the HR Director at ASUS, focusing on Total Rewards and HR Center of Excellence, and are involved in the implementation of Workday HRIS at KGI Securities from 2021 to 2023. Vincent earned a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from 國立臺灣大學 in 1997.
