Daniel Pacitti has extensive experience in customer and technical support within the finance and trading sectors. Currently serving as Head of Customer Support at ASX since September 2016, Daniel has progressed through various roles, including Senior Manager, Customer Technical Support and Customer Service, and Customer Technical Support Manager. Prior to ASX, Daniel worked at BATS Global Markets, Inc. as a Senior Trade Support Specialist, providing critical support regarding trading and technology. Daniel's career began at Fidessa, where responsibilities included leading a trading support team, developing training programs, and managing client-facing support functions. Daniel holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the University of Roehampton, completed in 2007.
