Japesh Raisinghani

Japesh Raisinghani is currently serving as Lead Product Analyst at ASX since June 2022, where a robust Voice of Customer (VoC) Governance framework was devised and implemented, coupled with presentations at executive and board levels. Prior experience includes a role as Global Marketing Research Manager at Zip Co, focusing on strategic research to enhance customer experience and brand initiatives across multiple markets. Before that, at RFI Global, Japesh held several positions culminating in Insights Lead for Consumer Lending & Payments, managing a team and overseeing extensive consumer lending research in Australia and New Zealand. Additional experience includes management of financial audits as an Income Auditor at JW Marriott. Japesh holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics & Finance from the University of Sydney.
